JONATHAN PENDLEBURY
REALTOR® & TEAM LEAD
From 2007-2018 Jon lived and worked in Nassau, Bahamas and was involved in over $100m US of Real Estate development, construction and sales as a Chief Operations Officer. He is now applying this broad based REAL ESTATE experience in his chosen market, the Bearspaw area, NW of Calgary. He grew up in Bearspaw and currently lives with his family right in Church Ranches!
He has deep roots in the Bearspaw area and is following a family tradition of Real Estate as his mother, Lesley Fleming, worked for Royal LePage Benchmark, specializing in Bearspaw for over 25 years, and becoming the top area specialist.
Jonathan is the Lead Agent for the Bearspaw Real Estate team. He is licenced in both residential and commercial real estate, and he will continually bring his expertise to our incredible real estate service!
ANDREW MARTIN

Andrew grew up in Bearspaw right down the street from Jonathan, and they have been friends since grade 1! Andrew has an art degree (BFA) from the University of Calgary (2004), and later became an architect through the University of Calgary (MArch) in 2007 and has been running a successful local architectural firm in the Calgary area for over 14 years. His firm J A Architecture has done millions of dollars of projects all over Alberta and B.C. and continues to be a successful local business.
As part of the Bearspaw real estate team, he is also applying this broad based architectural and building experience to real estate in the Bearspaw area with Jonathan. His background in architecture allows him to bring a different perspective to the team and a rounded set of expertise for all clients. Andrew is very comfortable working with acreages and luxury homes/properties.
LESLEY JORGENSEN
REALTOR®
Lesley is your local Springbank real estate agent who grew up in a small town, made it to the big city, only to move back out to an acreage. She enjoys spending time with her three kids, her partner Michael, as well as the family pets. When she is not out selling real estate or chauffeuring the kids around, you can find her riding the lawn tractor or working on yet another home improvement project.
Lesley grew up competitive swimming and competed Nationally and Internationally by the age of thirteen. The decision to move away from her family home at the age of fourteen to train gave her independence among other life skills. She attributes this to her determination and perseverance to do her best for her clients.
She has an adventurous side which includes travelling to off the beaten path destinations, snowboarding which includes cat skiing and heliskiing, enjoying live music, and trying to keep up with her children who have surpassed her on the daring side when it comes to rollercoasters!
Lesley graduated with a business diploma and then continued to get her certification as an Engineering Tech at SAIT while working downtown Calgary. After owning her own rental properties, she decided that her love of real estate should be pursued and so here she is. She has thoroughly enjoyed meeting new people and playing a role in their own life adventures when it comes to real estate. Nothing makes her happier than having happy clients.
PEMA LEKTSOG

Pema Lektsog has a BAA in Business & Communications and started her career in the financial and corporate sector where she honed her business and investment skills. Pema has over 20+ years of real estate investing experience and now enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge with her clients who are either buying or selling their primary homes or real estate investments. Her strengths include the art of negotiation, strong business acumen, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with everyone involved in your real estate transaction with integrity and respect.
Pema has lived in Calgary for the past 11 years and is currently pursuing her commercial real estate license. Her philosophy in life is to always try to help others and give back to her community by volunteering and raising funds for various charities and community associations.
